  Bret Crawford

  Service Manager and ASE Master Certified Technician

  Bret graduated from Baily Technical School in 1983 and has been with Northtown Auto Clinic ever since (over 30 years!!). Being at the service counter daily, Bret is the most familiar face at Northtown Auto Clinic. Bret holds ASE Certifications as a Master Technician and Service Consultant. Bret has a passion for boating and is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Bret is also very involved with his church and volunteers every month for the Harvesters Food Drive in the Northland as well as the Convoy of Hope in the inner city.

  Erin Hall

  Service Advisor and Office Manager

  Erin has been on the Northtown Auto Clinic team since 2014. Erin graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2012 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Art History and joins us as a Service Advisor and Marketing Assistant. She has 3 years’ experience in social media and email marketing, 5 years’ experience with graphic arts, and 8 years’ experience in customer service. Erin is married to Bryan, with their 2 cats, Oliver Boots and Beau Narrow, and dog, Mercedes Buns. In her free time, Erin enjoys working at a local gallery on the weekends, creating her own artwork, and remodeling her house.

  Blake Robertson

  Technician

  Blake graduated from Universal Technical Institute in 2007 and holds a Ford Master and ASE Certification. He has been working in the automotive industry for 10 years and started with the Northtown team mid – 2017. Blake enjoys goofing around with his son Kasen and rebuilding fast cars to go faster in his spare time. He hopes to someday own a shop of his own.

  Jason Platt

  General Service Technician

  Jason has been working on cars since he was old enough to drive. Completing a course with Job Core in 2009, Jason has been excited to learn and expand his knowledge with the team since he joined Northtown in mid – 2017. He enjoys rebuilding his own cars (Hondas in particular) and spending time with his long-time girlfriend Ashleigh and their son Phynix

  Troy Jameson

  ASE Master Certified Technician

  Troy is the third-generation of Technicians in his family and has had a wide career in the automotive industry. Starting out by helping his dad work on cars in Iowa and then later moving to Georgia, Troy opened and ran his own successful automotive repair shop for almost 2 decades. After a move to Illinois, he managed an Autozone store for a few years; another move back to Iowa found him picking up the wrenches again. Most recently, Troy made the move to Lee's Summit MO to live with his new wife Diana and we are very happy to have him! Troy and Diana have 4 adult children between them and Troy likes to spend his free time following NASCAR and NHRA.
